Can't install tonelib-gfx and tonelib-Metall at Linux Mint 22.1

It seems you are trying to install package with a local user by double click on .deb file.
Please, give a chance to the command line instead, like simply described here:

I don't like using the root account on X environment, but I really like system management from command line

 

Thanks for the suggestion! I agree that using the command line is often much more reliable for installing .deb packages, especially when dealing with permissions or dependencies. It also avoids the need to use a root account in the graphical environment. I’ll give this method a try!
