Hi All. I have a Zoom G3Xn which I had been using successfully with Tonelib for a couple years on a Mac book. The Mac book died so I recently got an Acer laptop running on Window 10. I installed the latest Tonelib, however it doesn't recognize the pedal. The message says it doesn't recognize the pedal presets or something like that. Any ideas or suggestions???
same problem for me... and it's not about the cable because it works fine transferring data with USB firmware.
Dealing with device recognition issues on Windows can be such a pain, especially when all you want to do is jump into using your gear! I had a similar issue with another USB device once, and after a lot of driver reinstalling and troubleshooting, it finally worked—but it ate up so much time. I had a writing deadline during that mess, so I ended up getting some help from essay services to keep everything on track. Having some backup with my writing freed me up to dive into the tech issues without feeling stressed about losing work hours. Hope your setup starts cooperating soon; tech snags can be so frustrating!
