Jazz & Jazz01 work, while the black colored ones do not work. *.zptc files are opened with Guitar Lab *.zg1f and/or *.zg1xf are opened with Tonelib 1. run Guitar Lab 2. load the *.zptc file(s) onto a G1Four. 3. Close Guitar Lab. 4. run Tonelib. 5. Save the patch you loaded with Guitar Lab from Tonelib (*.zg1f).
@Boscorelli , sorry for the bad translation, but i am an old German ( over 60 ). I write my Message into Word and copy it into Pront Online Tranlater. I have some Guitars, that i buy new at beginning the 70er. Okay, i know, that you can save Patches from the Padal with ToneLib. The Problem is, that the dark Patches can´t go into the Pedal with Guitar Lab ! And so you cant save with ToneLib ! I think, the best way was a list by the Patches like Zome G1X on. There can every User put manuel the Patch in the Pedal. No matter the Firmware or the Pedal. So, this text is written whithout tranlsater, only with my 50 jear old shool english !
@Boscorelli , i have a G1X Four and another Zoom´s. I have sell the big Zoom G7.1ut 6 month ago. i am locking vor a used, inexpensive G5 ( no G5n ) for testing. I think, the best of my Zoom´s ist the G3X. I am a Zoom Fan !

So the conclusion is: *.zptc files are different between a G1Four and a G1XFour - they are NOT interchangeable. *.zg1f files and *.zg1xf files can BOTH be loaded onto a G1XFour. The only untested variable is a G1XFour patch that uses a pedal. Can it be loaded onto a G1Four? I uploaded a Van Halen patch that contains a pedal. Let me know if you can use it on a G1Four?
hello. i am a new member. i have zoom ms 70cdr. i have dowload tonelib zoom. i conected wit usb cable. my pedal have 2.1 firmware an i have some paches to my pc with 1.0 firmware and i want them to my pedal and i cant import them beacause they have defered firmwares. what can i do for this? plz help me and i sory for my translate
none of the files seem to be getting imported, only the .zptc gets uploaded to my patch pool but it remains blacked out so I cannot put it on the pedal while the .zg1xf and .zg1f don't even get uploaded on the patch pool. Can someone please help me?
hello, i have a zoom g1 four, when i plug it into Guitar Lab all the effects patches light up. i also have a zoom g5n when i plug that into guitar lab all the zoom g5n patches light up, and the zoom g1 four patches are there but blacked out and vise versa. i want to interchange patches, drop and drag, can you help?
