Hello, Total newbie, I have downloaded and installed Tonelib, have set permission so I can open program to use. I connect via usb cable, all seems good, G1 four illuminates showing me the version etc, then, the circle just keeps rotating saying waiting for device to connect. Have tried unplugging, plugging back in, but still the same Any advice would be very welcome please.
It seems to be a common problem. The usual cause is the USB cable. Some cables are only meant for charging and are not made for data transfer.
