Hello. I’m totally new to all this. I have just bought a Zoom G3Xn processor because I want to play some Shadows tunes, just for fun really. I looked at various forums etc and this unit was suggested as a reasonably cheap echo option and that suitable patches could easily be added. I am finding it’s not quite as simple as I had thought. It seems this processor only accepts patches which are in the .zptc form. Quite a lot of the suitable Shadows sounds patches I have found are in the G3XP format.
I have discovered that it isn’t possible to just convert these files from one format to another but I am wondering if there is some work around here so that I can get the patches installed.
Is it possible to find how the patches are constructed and re-enter that information from start again? I would need guidance about how to go about that.
Any advice of any kind regarding this would be most appreciated, but it will need to be not too complicated.
    Thanks
    Graham
