   Before I screw my pedal up with wd40, I’d like to see if anyone else has cured this ailment: The expression pedal on my Zoom g1x4 just squeaks relentlessly, especially, of course, when using it as a Wah. Thanks in advance for any and all tips.

   @io games Make sure you avoid WD-40. Instead, clean the pivot joint with isopropyl alcohol to remove debris. Next, apply a tiny drop of silicone-based lubricant or graphite powder for smooth, silent movement.
