For best results I find bridge pickups to capture his tone best through this patch. Neck pickups also capture a good variety of modern worship lead tones in the patch. His sound utilized Vox style tubes and Celestion blue cab speakers which he pairs with a tube screamer pedal. It is a relatively light gain set up, but also can reach edge of breakup when dynamics call for it. I found this to be a really decent balance of cleans and also some drive/crunch. This patch is excellent for worship lead tones as well as southern blues/rock. Let me know how you like it!
