ToneLib GFX - Problem with Windows Installer

    Hello, I'm haven't got to install ToneLib GFX on Windows 11, even after disabling the antivirus and other suggestions, I get an error message (see attached) with no chance to explore options. I downloaded directly from Tonelib website.

    Any thoughts? Appreciate it!
