No idea, you'd be better served to email ToneLib directly. I don't know how closely they monitor these forums.
I've tried emailing Tonelib and got no response. I also tried emailing Zoom UK who just said they'd pass it on to Zoom Japan.
Thats the best you can do, though ToneLib Zoom is not affiliated with Zoom- it is an independent effort and not part of Zoom.
