    Hello,

Does the Tonelib GFX supports midi for external switching of presets or activating pedals on the go for those who plays live?

    Thanks!

Yes, Tonelib GFX does support MIDI for switching presets and Agario controlling effects live — you need to map your MIDI controller in the settings.

    Hi tonecruncher!
Tonelib GFX does support MIDI control, but it depends on the version you’re running and your setup. You can map external MIDI devices to switch presets or toggle individual effects on/off during live play.

Regarding Tonelib GFX and live performance, I'm curious about MIDI control too! Imagine seamlessly switching presets with a foot controller, vital for on-stage flexibility. It would be awesome to instantly activate a specific effect mid-song, like dodging snowballs in Snow Rider 3D – quick reactions are key!

Okay, MIDI switching is the question then. So, essentially the user wants to control things outside the Tonelib GFX software, right? Hmm, controlling external pedals or presets on the fly – pretty standard live rig stuff. I remember one time back in 2018, I was trying to get my old Line 6 Pod XT to change amp models via MIDI from Ableton during a gig. It was a nightmare of conflicting MIDI channels and program change messages. Slope Unblocked eventually I figured it out after hours of troubleshooting. Sharing is caring!
