EVerything patch Device: Zoom B1 Four Firmware: 2.00 Name on device: EVerything Optimized for: Headphones and Amps Effects chain: Patch comments: Are you beginning with Zoom B1/x Four patches, and want a patch to start with a crisp but powerful sound, with lower noise, and in an optimal bass pedal path/sequence (Rule-of-Thumb): Bass Input Buffers Tuner Filter: Wah, Envelope, Low/High-pass Dynamic: Compression Pitch: Octaves, Shifter, Whammy Dirt: Fuzz, Distortion, Overdrive (High -> Low Gain) Drive: DarkGlass, SANS Amp, DI+ (could be DI before input buffer as well) Noise Reduction/Suppressor/Gates EQ Volume/Limiters/Levels Modulation: Flanger, Phaser, Chorus, Tremolos Time-based: Delay, Echo, Reverb Output buffer Amplifier Cabinet Mic Mixer PA So, this patch can be a nice start, please feel free to tune it to your needs and comment here (Optimized for a Harley-Benton HBZ-2005 JJ with Pickups) With this setup, you can: Lower the volume in the bass guitar (with active pickups), saving some battery life! Have better bass/treble/volume control in your hands (the bass knobs). If you need some more Overdrive, switch on the DarkGlass B7K and play with Gain and volumes, or Replace DarkGlass B7K with NYC Muff Pi / CoronaTri / PitchSHFT, etc. Or, if you want more effects, replace the ZNR - the SVT8x10 Balance = 100 does a nice job of noise reduction. Please comment if you have any other ideas.
