hello folks, I am new but not to Zoom. I've used them to add ambiance to my tube live rigs for years. and they work great. anyhow, I have a g1four and had no problems updating or anything but now that I have all the software in place....when i connect to any of the softwares (ie- tonlib, guitar lab, dfx) nothing works or it doesn't read the pedal (android to I was so excited as my Samsung note 10+ 5g should be compatible). I've tried different ports and will look for different called but if the port and cable worked for update...it should be good. also: anyone know how to change real name to online tag?? thank you in advance to all M
