General question on ToneLib Jam

Since Rocksmith 2014 broke on the latest Mac version, I am looking for an alternative. ToneLib Jam looks promising. I love the 3D mode and that it can import Rocksmith files from CustomsForge. That's amazing.

Having said this, I am a bit confused about the state of the software and what it actually includes. And the super-short manual did not help me either.

On a Reddit Forum, I saw the comment that ToneLib Jam would be "abandonded software". And when I looked into the "News" section of this community, I saw that the last update is from 2022. So my first question is: Has development of this SW been stopped in the meantime?

My second question is: The website states that it includes ToneLib GFX. Which would be surprising, as it costs pretty much the same as ToneLib Jam itself. In the trial, however, I cannot see any ToneLib GFX. I saw in a review that you would have to go to Playalong FX and click somewhere there, but nothing happens.

If that actually works, what happens if I load a song from CustomForge - can ToneLib Jam automatically configure the FX so it sounds similar to the song, or do I have to setup things manually?
