My first post. Hi I am a sax player and want to use my new Zoom A1x with my sax. I am not an electric guitarist so know nothing about pedals. I have a focusrite 18i20, in my studio and a win 11 PC. For some reason the A1x fails to connect the Zoom A1x four to Guitar lab which I underartand is compatible. I downloaded guitar lab and installed it. It runs but shows "No device found" and sometimes an error message. I have the A1x connected to the PC using USB (tried two cables and two ports) but no luck. I notice there is nothing Zoom showing up in Device Manager, does there nneed to be? Thanks Z
