How to Change MIDI Soundfont in Tonelib-Jam

Hello!
The default MIDI programming is very painful to listen to through headphones for me, how can I load a custom soundfont on Tonelib Jam to use as "backing track+tab"?
There is a screenshot in the testimonials and suggestions subforum but I dont see the options listed there on my PC!
