Jazz Bass Octave patch

    Here's the patch I use for a octave effect. I play CCM/ worship bass at my church, but this could be used for other genres as well.

    Limt 76: Light Compression settings

    Ba Octave: Octave pedal model. Oct and Dry settings determine the mix of low/high octave, and the mix of the octave effect and the clean tone. I usually keep the Lo setting around 5 or 6, and only add a touch of the Hi setting.

    **FOR BETTER TRACKING, play close to the neck and don't play any notes lower than the A on the 5th fret of the E string. It has a hard time playing anything lower than that.**

    Bass Drv: Sansamp Bass Driver model (use it as my preamp). Similar setting as my clean tone I posted.

    ZNR: noise gate to reduce string noise when note playing.

    Bass: Sire V5 5-string (passive jazz bass)
    Both volumes and tone at 100% (dial back tone for better tracking on octave)
