I have a new Zoom G1 four unit and I am trying to connect to the tone lib and get a message "No Device Found" "Please turn off the device and back on" I have tried a couple of different cords, different USB slots, Download guitar lab multiple times. The unit says ver 1.0 on start up. I have tried to download the from war upgrade but it is not recognized from my MacBook pro computer. Not sure what is going on. Thanks for any suggestions
Well, third times a charm. I had a third USB cord to try. It made all the difference. Odd really. Zoom should include the proper cord.
