Tonelib GFX Invalid File Extension

    Hi,

    when i try to export a preset data to a file, i get the errormessage: "Invalid File Extension".
    Look at the 2 Strokes at the end of the filename!?

    Anyone else with this issue on the latest version 4.5.2 from December 19.2020

    (Sorry for my bad english. Im from europe)

    GreEtings, same problem here...It is very annoying, but I have found some kind of workaround for this problem, go to BACKUP/RESTORE section of the GFX, and then export all your presets into single file. That way I could be able to backup my stuff... Irrıtating problem and I hope they fix that ASAP

    Thanks FRATH, yes, i do it also this way. But its really
    disappointing that no one of the producers is interestet in this problem. Everything was fine, till i purchased and updatet the software. Next time i will think twice before i throw cash on the table :cool:

    Hi there,

    Could you please update TL GFX to the latest version (4.5.4) , the issue should be fixed. Thank you for your patience while this was resolved.
