    Hello,
I recently bought TuneLib GFX for Windows 11 and am trying to connect my MIDI controller to it. In the MIDI settings of GFX, I have assigned correspondences to the buttons in the MIDI controller and the GFX commands. But the control only works for the commands from the Presets Navigation section. The commands from the Rhythm players and Loop station sections are assigned, but when I press the switches on the MIDI controller, nothing happens.

For example, the commands Toggle rhythm playback, Tap Tempo, Toggle looper rec/play, Stop looper are not executed when I press the switches of the MIDI controller. But in the MIDI settings I see that the required MIDI switches are assigned to these commands. (for example, Cannet 1, CC# 24, Knob is assigned to Toggle rhythm playback, etc.)

    Please help me
    Thanks

I solved the problem with connecting MIDI foot switch to ToneLib GFX. For this I used free program MidiKey2Key (https://midikey2key.de/). MidiKey2Key converts MIDI commands to keyboard shortcut keys. Shortcut keys work better in ToneLib GFX than MIDI.
It is easy to figure out how to use MidiKey2Key - watch the tutorial video on their website.

Attention: Shortcut keys like Ctrl+O, Ctrl+D for controlling Loop station and Rhythm player did not work for me on ToneLib GFX. Therefore I reconfigured ToneLib GFX to exclude the Ctrl key from shortcut keys. That is, I use O and D instead of Ctrl+O, Ctrl+D. It works.

I have it all working with a Harley Benton MP-500 MIDI controller (https://harleybenton.com/product/mp-500-interface-foot-control/)

Have a nice day and good music
