   pretty late, rly depends on the preset. I find the fender amps pretty good direct

   Hi, I used Zoom G1 Four on stage, connected to an amplifier, and it sounds good, but you have to prepare carefully patches you need, with the same amp.
   
   I also used it directly into the mixer in recording studio, with Metal Zone distorsion, and the result was good
