   Hi,
   
   I recently installed Tonelib Zoom and I have a G1X Four (firmware 1.10) connected to my Windows 10 laptop. Every time I go to the online patches I get this error message:
   
   Incorrect password. Please try again.
   
   Although I type in the same password and then I get logged on. My password has 8 characters, including uppercase letters, pound signs, numbers, and lowercase letters. Help?
   
   I think the password is not being passed correctly to the API.
