Zoom Guitar Lab can NOT find my Device

    I am in DIRE need of help! I have spent HOURS trying to connect my brand new Zoom B1X Four Pedal to my windows based laptop. No matter what I do it keeps saying "NO DEVICE FOUND"!

    PLEASE HELP, I AM USING THE LATEST VERSIONS OF BOTH THE GUITAR LAB SOFTWARE & MY ZOOM B1X fOUR AND IT STILL SAYS NO DEVICE FOUND...

    I don't know if you've solved the problem or not. (I hope so!) But just make sure that you plug your pedal into your computer AFTER you opened Guitar Lab. Or if you have the program opened, just unplug it and plug it back into your computer. It won't register the pedal if it's already plugged in when you open the program.

    Outra dica que você, pois estive com o mesmo problema e só consegui resolver depois de ter substituído o cabo. Ó táxicabo precisa ter boa qualidade ou ser um cabo de marca como Motorola ou Samsung.

    For others with the same issue, ensure that your USB cable supports data transfer, not just power.
